Ride of Silence's registered trademarks, service marks, word marks, and logos, including "Ride of Silence" and the Ride of Silence logo may not be used or reproduced without permission. Organizers of officially sanctioned Ride of Silence events may use the Ride of Silence name and logo in the promotion of these events. Any other individual, organization, or company wishing to use the Ride of Silence logos and trademarks must obtain the right to do so from the the Ride of Silence board of directors.
Although the Ride of Silence web site includes links providing direct access to other Internet sites, Ride of Silence takes no responsibility for the content or information contained on those other sites and does not exert any editorial or other control over their content.
